3 Product Information & Representation
3.1 Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided to the best of our knowledge and belief.
3.2 Minor color variations may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, or individual screen settings. Such variations do not constitute defects.
3.3 Sizes and measurements are indicative only; actual fit may vary depending on fabric, design, and individual preferences.
3.4 Handcrafted or hand‑dyed fabrics may exhibit slight irregularities in weave, print, or color. These are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
4 Garment Care & Customer Responsibility
4.1 Customers must strictly adhere to the garment care instructions provided
4.2 Verdia shall not be responsible for any damage arising from incorrect care, washing, or handling of the product after delivery.
5 Pricing, Payments & Errors
5.1 All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as specified.
5.2 Verdia reserves the right to cancel orders arising from pricing, typographical, or system-related errors.
5.3 In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
5.4 In the event of a refund, Verdia may offer, at its discretion, to credit the amount to the customer’s wallet and/or provide discounts on future purchases.
6 Order Confirmation, Dispatch & Delivery
6.1 Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours of confirmation.
6.2 Delivery timelines are approximately 10–15 business days.
6.3 Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, festive periods, or due to unavoidable circumstances.
6.4 Customers will be informed in case of delays resulting from the restocking of high‑demand items.
7 Shipping Policy
7.1 Domestic and international shipping options are available.
7.2 International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees, which shall be borne by the customer.
7.3 Verdia is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
8 Out‑of‑Stock Situations
8.1 If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Verdia may:
8.1.1 Issue a refund; OR
8.1.2 Offer an alternative product OR
8.1.3 Offer a special offer
8.2 The choice of resolution shall be at Verdia’s sole discretion.
9 Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
9.1 A clear and continuous unboxing and inspection video is mandatory for raising claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
9.2 Claims submitted without valid video proof will not be processed.
10 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
10.1 Eligibility
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unwashed
- Accompanied by original tags and packaging
- Free from stains, odors, or damage after delivery
10.2 Request timeline
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
10.3 Non‑Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Minor color variation
- Size or fit dissatisfaction
- Handmade irregularities
- Damage due to incorrect care or usage
11 Refund Processing
11.1 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
11.2 Refund processing timelines are subject to the policies of banking and payment partners.
12 Discounts & Promotions
12.1 Discounts are valid only during the specified promotional period.
12.2 Return and exchange conditions may differ for discounted items.
12.3 Verdia reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions without prior notice.
13 Order Cancellation
13.1 Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
13.2 Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
14 Force Majeure
Verdia shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or logistics disruptions.
15 Limitation of Liability
15.1 Verdia's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
15.2 Verdia shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to missed occasions, additional expenses, or inconvenience, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
16 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
17 User Responsibility
17.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and contact details.
17.2 Verdia shall not be liable for failed deliveries due to locked premises or incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
